Clay Basics B-A Ages 18 & over

Learn the basics of clay, glaze and hand building. During this 6-week course you will be introduced to basic hand building techniques, including pinch pots, coils, and slab work to name a few. Glaze techniques will also be discussed including layering, resist and sgraffito. Class fee includes 25lbs of clay, firing, and in-studio glazes. Please bring tools or purchase a beginner kit at the front desk. Recommendations, do not wear any jewelry, cut nails short, bring a towel and/or apron.
