Time:  6:00PM – 9:00PM
Title: Watercolor Wash Technique
Teacher:  Janet Flickinger
Medium:  Watercolor

Enjoy a night out learning about watercolor wash.  The class will start with the drawing already on the paper onto which everyone will shade with pencils utilizing many unique techniques and then finish with a watercolor wash to create a beautiful piece of art.  Wine and snacks provided!  Bring your friends!

Title: A Taste of Raku
Teacher:  Ted Camp
Medium:  Clay
$65

Raku is a dramatic type of firing of clay.  Students will be given bisque pieces to glaze with a variety of house Raku glazes.  All will then participate in the loading, firing, and extraction of the glazed pieces to experience the many varied and unique colors produced in the smoking process that defines Raku.  All supplies will be provided, and all results may be taken home at the conclusion of this fun and fiery class.  Please do not wear sandals or open-toed shoes to this class.
