Policies

Cancellations
Herrig Center for the Arts reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. Students will be contacted and given the option of a full refund or a credit for another class.

Cancellation/Withdrawal

Once a student has registered for a class
a. Cancellations or transfers prior to one week before the 1st class (7 days prior)
result in a refund or credit, minus the $25 non-refundable deposit per class.
Please allow up to 10 days for processing a refund.

b. Cancellation within one week of the 1st class of the session or after
the class has begun results in no refund.

Once a student has registered for a workshop
a. Cancellation of a workshop before 30 days prior to the workshop
date will result in a refund or credit minus the $50 non-refundable
deposit per workshop.

b. Workshop fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the workshop date.
There are no refunds on classes or workshops once the session has begun. No exceptions will be made on the refund policy.

Make-up Classes
Make-up classes will be scheduled if a class is canceled by an ACM instructor. If a student is unable to attend class for any reason, ACM is not responsible to provide any additional make-up classes or refund.
Any credit on account will expire 2 years after issue.

Supplies
Students are responsible for obtaining and providing materials for classes unless otherwise indicated. Supply lists for all classes and workshops will be posted online and will be available at the front desk for those without computer access.

Open Studio
Open studio is available to Herrig Center for the Arts Members Only. See front desk for available times and dates.

Locker Rental
Locker space is available: $55 for a small locker per year & $65 for a large locker per year.

Fragrance Free Policy
To accommodate sensitive individuals, we ask that students refrain from wearing fragrances in the ArtCenter, including colognes, perfumes and other scented products.

Gallery, Market & Office Hours
Mon Fri Sat 9-5 and Tues Wed Thu 9-6. Closed Sunday.
