Expanding her expertise\, she obtained her MFA in ceramics from the University of Georgia in 2011 with a full-tuition scholarship.

These portraits invite the viewer to pause and consider the stories held in someone else’s face. Though the people are unknown to me\, their expressions feel familiar\, vulnerable and real.
