LiveArtfully Boutique Manager & Customer Service Associate

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

The Customer Relations position is a shared responsibility for the professional & efficient operation of the welcome center which provides a high degree of customer communication. Examples: greeting, providing information about membership, education, exhibitions and special events.

Tasks associated with this position:

  • Responsible for student enrollment, waiting lists and working with student class cancellations and transfers
  • Promote class registrations, artist market sales, events and memberships
  • Processing all class/workshop enrollments and LiveArtFully Market sales in QB
  • Daily balancing of cash drawer (Customer Relations position shared duty)
  • Check voice messages
  • Develop a series of Pop Up events and other special programming
  • Setting up classrooms
  • Clerical responsibilities for KidsArt Camp

 

LIVE ARTFULLY MARKET MANAGER

Responsible for the maintenance and success of the LiveArtFully

Tasks associated with this position:

  • Inventory, order and stock merchandise
  • Identify new merchandise sources
  • Maintain computerized inventory system
  • Select an artist of the month and write copy for the e-news letter
  • Prepare annual budget for the artist market

 

SKILLS NEEDED

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable with photographing artwork
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Comfortable on 8’ ladder
